I am the owner and founder of DVO Consulting Group and have 25+ years of experience in marketing and people development. As I rose through the ranks of the advertising industry, it was hard not to notice the sparsity of female mentors available. So now I want to help make a difference for women, in any industry, who might not know where to turn for support and guidance.
A bit about me - I have been developing, coaching and training teams for the last 20 years. I have CPC and RCC coaching certifications, along with a certification from Gallup as a coach, as well as being certified in the following assessment tools: StrengthsFinder, IDI, DiSC, Time Mastery and ELI-MP. DVO Consulting Group is a proudly independent, woman-owned company.
With my career spent in the advertising industry, I am especially passionate about supporting women in traditionally male-dominated environments regardless of the industry. I get the unique challenges and opportunities facing women in these areas and can help by leveraging my own personal experience to empower current and future leaders to address their obstacles and achieve the success they desire.
In addition to coaching, I create programs for team training from entry to management levels, facilitate workshops for management/leadership development, regularly speak to corporate and professional audiences on career and leadership topics, and develops team building events. And, because of my first love - marketing, I also provide strategic guidance to brands that helps them grow and hit their goals. You can take the girl out of advertising but...well you can guess how that story goes!
